There’s really never anything

one could say, unless we’re

all ready for all angles, shades,

tastes — yours, mine, theirs

things said from experience

and from assumptions

things subjective, objective, read

or overheard, said in emotions or without

with reason, intuition, or just because

things timely and those which

should be said after some

time passes, centered around

the needs of others and your own

There’s really never anything

one could say, unless we’re

ready for all this mess

and sometimes there’s nothing

better than kind silence.
