At this point, my life’s ambition is to live
somewhere where I could go
on a long lush slow walk every morning
to be anointed by it and for it
to allow me to make it a birthplace
to depend on each path tree and pond
and be autonomous, choosing
what words to release as I receive
everything as it comes at me
to know and to be truly
nature
